Working Hours

Full-time (37.5 hours per week), part-time considered
Typical hours: 8:00–16:00 or 8:30–16:30 (may vary)

Salary

Up to £65,000 pro rata

Are you a Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, or Educational Psychologist looking for a rewarding role where your expertise truly matters? This is an opportunity to work in a specialist setting supporting children and young people with complex needs.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions tailored to individual needs
  • Work collaboratively with education and care teams to embed trauma-informed and neurodiversity-aware practices
  • Provide consultation, reflective practice, and training to staff
  • Advocate for the voice and wellbeing of the children and young people you support
  • Contribute to service development and evidence-based practice

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

  • HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
  • Experience working with children and young people with neurodiverse or SEMH needs
  • Ability to travel – full UK driving licence required

Desirable:

  • Experience in education or care settings
  • Skills in consultation and service development
