Working Hours: Full-time 

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Band 7 Physiotherapist to join our client’s team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior role within a supportive and forward-thinking environment, where your clinical expertise and leadership will be highly valued.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services, supporting complex caseloads, and contributing to service development and supervision of junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
You will assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy interventions for patients with complex needs, ensuring evidence-based practice and patient-centred care. You will also provide clinical leadership, support service improvement initiatives, supervise junior staff, and maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • HCPC registration (Health and Care Professions Council)
  • Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Significant post-registration experience, ideally at Band 7 level
  • Strong clinical reasoning and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and team-working abilities
  • Experience managing complex caseloads and mentoring junior staff
