About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 Physiotherapist to join our Acute Assessment Unit, specializing in Older People Services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in Emergency Departments (ED) and possess a high level of clinical reasoning and treatment skills. This role requires the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

This position is available now and the pay rate for this role will be up to £32 per hour.

Main responsibilities of this Physiotherapy vacancy:

  • Provide high-level treatment and care to older patients in the Acute Assessment Unit.
  • Utilize advanced clinical reasoning to assess and manage patient conditions.
  • Work efficiently in a high-pressure environment, ensuring timely and effective patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Adapt to a week-by-week working basis, responding to the needs of the unit and CQC visit requirements.

Essential requirements of this Physiotherapy vacancy:

  • HCPC registration
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Significant experience in paediatric physiotherapy.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Extensive experience working in Emergency Departments (ED).
  • High level of clinical reasoning and treatment skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in managing patient care in an acute setting.
