The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 8B Pharmacist Programme Lead to join our team in London. This role is crucial for overseeing and leading our pharmacy programs, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

You will provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients. You will utilize advanced data analysis skills to improve medication management and patient outcomes. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, including Pharmacy Technicians and Nurses, to ensure the safe and effective use of medications. You will maintain accurate and detailed records of patient medication histories. You will conduct regular audits and contribute to the development of best practices in pharmaceutical care.

Requirements

• Education and Qualifications:
  • Relevant Pharmacy qualification.
  • Registered as a practicing pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Experience in aseptic preparation or chemotherapy screening (verification)
  • Prior NHS experience is desirable.
  • Prior experience as a project manager is essential.
• Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of medicines and their applications.
  • Experience in data analysis or a related field.
