Hours: Part-time, (21 hours per week, Tuesday - Thursday)
Rate: £28 - £34 per hour
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 Pharmacist to join our team on a part-time basis in London. The successful candidate will have previous experience covering medical wards within acute hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
You will complete medicines reconciliation. You will screen drug charts. You will validate TTAs (To Take Away medications). You will cover a range of medical wards. You will provide clinical advice and support to healthcare professionals. You will participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings. You will ensure the safe and effective use of medicines. You will educate and counsel patients on their medications. You will contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols.
