Banding: Band 6/7
Location: Weston-super-Mare
Start Date: 10/10/2024
Duration: 3 Months
Hours: Full-time, Thursday to Sunday
Rate: £28 - £35 per hour

The Clinical Physiology team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Physiologist to join our team in Weston-Super-Mare. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality care and support to patients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will conduct respiratory function tests and assessments. You will analyze and interpret test results. You will provide treatment plans and follow-up care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. You will maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Essential:
    • Clinical PFT/LFT experience.
    • Relevant qualifications and registration as a Respiratory Physiologist.
    • Band 6 or 7 with reporting experience.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience within the NHS.
  • Desirable:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
    • Proven experience as a Respiratory Physiologist.
