Are you a passionate Paediatric Physiotherapist looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs?

Pulse is proud to be exclusively partnered with a specialist school in South London to recruit an experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist to join their multidisciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly supportive educational environment, helping pupils achieve their full potential through specialist therapeutic intervention.

The Role

You will provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and management for children and young people with a range of physical, neurological, and developmental conditions. Working closely with teachers, support staff, families, and other healthcare professionals, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' functional mobility, independence, and participation in school life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment programmes.
  • Support pupils with mobility, posture, positioning, and equipment needs.
  • Deliver therapy sessions on a one-to-one and group basis.
  • Provide training and guidance to school staff and families.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
  • Contribute to EHCP reviews and multidisciplinary meetings.

Requirements

  • Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Previous experience working with children and young people.
  • Experience within SEND, special schools, community paediatrics, or paediatric healthcare settings is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and multidisciplinary working skills.
