Rate: Competitive, to be discussed upon applicationPulse Healthcare is seeking a Rotational Neurology Occupational Therapist for a locum position in Portsmouth, Hampshire. The role is available immediately for a short-term contract.
What will your responsibilities be?
As a Neurology Occupational Therapist, you'll work across various neurological specialties, gaining experience in stroke rehabilitation, movement disorders, and neurorehabilitation. You'll assess patients' abilities and develop personalised treatment plans to help them regain independence. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide holistic care and educate patients on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and safety strategies. This role offers the chance to expand your knowledge and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Previous neurology experience
- Relevant degree/qualification in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Require minimum of acute experience and if you have additional neuro skills will be of great help.
