Opening Paragraph:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist to join our CR-STAT Reablement team at Memorial Hospital in Woolwich. This full-time role, starting as soon as possible and continuing until December 31, 2024, offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
As a Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist you will be responsible for providing physiotherapy services within the reablement team, ensuring that each patient receives personalized and effective treatment plans. Your role will involve conducting thorough assessments, implementing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support. This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Relevant experience in physiotherapy.
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant professional qualifications and registration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
