You'll lead a team that powers hundreds of critical integrations, designing and maintaining the robust infrastructure behind them. From day one, you'll operate with a WIN ("Whatever It Needs") mindset and take full end-to-end (E2E) ownership of your domain and customers' commitments with direct communication. You'll break down tough technical challenges, explore smart solutions, and guide your team toward delivering them at production scale.

The team is part of Asset Group, which manages over 1,200 integrations at Axonius, enabling us to maintain a strong competitive advantage in the market. Our team develops and maintains highly scalable infrastructures, ensuring seamless data normalization and processing, which is crucial for building efficient systems and delivering valuable insights.
Apply if you have:
- Advanced English Language Skills
- At least 5 years as a Backend Engineer (1+ years in Python)
- At least 3 years of experience as a team leader, combining both people management and technical leadership responsibilities.
- High Problem-solving skills
- Experience with Linux (basics)
- Enjoy working closely with customers
- Experience of using AI in the workplace
It will be considered a plus:
- API knowledge (SQL, REST, SOAP)
- Experience with technology such as Celery, Redis, Docker, MongoDB, and Cloud environments
- Experience with other operating systems
- Experience working with global teams and customers worldwide.
