Our mission is to enhance learning experiences and outcomes through innovative technology solutions.

Position:

We are seeking talented and Specialist expert in Evidence Based Practices in Hong Kong to join our R&D team. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our generative AI education platform. You will work on both backend and frontend components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
Help research work by the development of scientific packages;

Porting research results into industrial uses;

Taking part in administrative work on proposal/ paper submissions, event organization;

Communication with various units within and outside the Organization
Qualifications
Bachelor degree / Master degree / PhD in Counselling, or Psychology, or Mental Health, or related discipline with interest in Hi-Tech development;

Preferably to have good knowledge and/ or experience in AI and Deep Learning;

Knowledge in various Therapeutic approaches, ARC, CAMS, CAMS for Teens, DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, CBT (Behavioral Activation), CBT (Cognitive Restructuring), Exposure-Based Therapies, MI and Structural Family Therapy modalities are definitely advantageous
