Job Description:

For this role, you will be matched with a dental or medical practice in the United States. Your job duties will vary based on your client's specific needs but generally consist of work that helps ensure your client’s practice runs smoothly and efficiently. Your work will directly contribute to the overall success of your client’s practice and enable their patients to have an exceptional experience.

Specific responsibilities typically include the following: 

Scheduling Coordination 

  • Answer all incoming calls at the clinic with a friendly demeanor. 
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with patients.
  • Respond promptly to patient communications via email, phone, and texting platforms.
  • Maintain and schedule patient appointments.

Insurance Coordination 

  • Gather patient insurance information in case of changes or missing files.
  • Verify patient eligibility. 
  • Complete full breakdowns for each patient.
  • Gather the history of each family member of a patient.
  • Input insurance information into EMR software.

  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs
  • Bachelor’s degree (4 years) is required. 
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Medical/healthcare background is required
  • Basic IT knowledge (Zoom, Google Workspace, MS Office)

Job Type: Full-time - Subject to change based on Eastern/Central/ Pacific US Time Zone 

Salary:   ₡ 600,000 /month + benefits
