As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in designing and delivering supplier sustainability programs that help global organizations manage ESG and supply chain risks. Working closely with clients, internal experts, and product teams, you will translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.


This is a highly analytical role combining data analysis, program design, workflow testing, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. You will contribute to all stages of program delivery while helping shape innovative solutions aligned with emerging sustainability trends and regulations.

You'll join a globally distributed, high-performing team that values collaboration, ownership, quality, and continuous learning.


What You'll Do

  • Design, configure, test, and deliver supplier sustainability programs.
  • Translate complex client and industry requirements into practical solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis, data quality reviews, and workflow validation.
  • Create guidance materials, training content, and user documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and enterprise clients.
  • Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and program optimization.
  • Stay informed on ESG, sustainability, and regulatory developments.

What We're Looking For


Required

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, SaaS, Professional Services, Consulting, or a similar environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Politics, or a related field.
  • Experience gathering requirements and working directly with stakeholders or customers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, data analysis, or process improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently within global, cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Basic coding or scripting skills.
  • Experience with ESG, supply chain, GRC, or risk management platforms.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or professional services.
  • Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, or human rights reporting frameworks.
