Very competitive. (no upside, salary package depends on your contributions and performance)



Drive teams to develop new markets and to generate sales in APAC (especially for Taiwan, SEA, and India).
  • Lead end-to-end sales efforts from research and storyboarding to client presentations and contract signing.
  • Achieve team sales and customer acquisition targets responsibly and ethically, and with customer needs in mind.
  • Automate business processes to promote scalability.
  • Lead key regional and local strategic initiatives to grow traffic and revenue in APAC.


Minimum Qualifications

Proven track record of 1) driving teams to expand into new markets (develop new businesses, partnerships, expand into new territories etc.) and 2) managing large sales (managing 2M+ USD businesses annually or generating 500K+ USD new businesses etc.), and 3) helping businesses/clients success through your tailored services.

  • 6+ years of work experience in business development, sales and account management, and business consulting .
  • 2 years of experience managing and motivating a team of individual contributors.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Chinese fluently to communicate with local and regional partners, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and proven track record in using data to drive strategy and make decision.
  • Self-starter who identifies new opportunities, relentlessly drives growth and pushes projects forward.

  • Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional project management.
  • Experience in software product development and digital marketing.
  • 2+ years of startup experience as a key founding member.

Interview Process

There are three main stages in our interview process:

  1. Video call (45 mins - 1 hour screening)
  2. Take-home exercise & review
  3. Onsite interview (2 - 2.5 hours visiting)
