Product Delivery & Operations Lead at HumanSignal: Be the operational backbone of a company revolutionizing AI development through our Data Creation Laboratories, where we manufacture purpose-built datasets that power breakthrough AI applications for frontier labs and Fortune 500 enterprises. As the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, and Design, you'll design and scale the systems, processes, and operational infrastructure that enable hyper-growth—from owning knowledge management in Notion to streamlining cross-functional delivery and building the frameworks that make product development faster, higher quality, and more predictable. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, people, and process, combining the ownership mindset of a founder with the execution discipline of a world-class operator to translate vision into reality at one of the most exciting companies in AI infrastructure.

At HumanSignal we pay based on regional compensation market rate ranges across the globe. We are hiring for this role across North and South America as well as Europe. The base cash compensation range is $90,000 to $140,000 USD. These ranges are provided by market data and are in good faith. The final offer details are determined by several factors including candidate experience, expertise, as well as applicable industry knowledge and may vary from the pay ranges listed above.
