About the Role

As a Fullstack Engineer at 11x, you'll research, architect and build the next generation of autonomous digital workers. You’ll work across AI systems, product design, and user experience—shipping fast, owning what you build, and working directly with the latest models (often pre-launch) from partners like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Langchain. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new product category from the ground up and see your work drive real impact, fast.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents from concept to production.

• Develop reliable, scalable systems for orchestrating complex agent workflows.

• Create intuitive interfaces that make AI capabilities accessible to non-technical users.

• Own features end-to-end with our core value of velocity driving your work.

Ideal Candidates Have

• 3+ years of experience in a product-focused software engineering role.

• Proven record of shipping intuitive, scalable products with measurable user impact.

• Plus: high-growth startup experience either as a founder or an early-stage engineer.

• Strong proficiency in Typescript, React, NextJS, NodeJS.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and rapid iteration.
