Salary: Band 3: £31,966 - £32,720 per year & Band 4: £36,899 - £37,967 per year + Fantastic Shift Enhancements!

As an Adult Disability Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. You’ll provide care, encouragement, and practical support in a variety of settings, including: 

• Residential homes – Creating a comfortable and nurturing environment 
• Supported living – Encouraging independence and daily life skills 
• Outreach services – Providing essential support directly within the community 
• Day services – Helping individuals engage in social and recreational activities
