What You'll Be Doing

  • Integrate internal and external resources to develop and optimize the annual event calendar. Coordinate and ensure the effective execution of various employee care activities; good understanding of global employee benefits modules.
  • Design and optimize global benefits programs, balancing compliance with regional standards and ensuring employee satisfaction.
  • Monitor business satisfaction feedback and perform data analysis. Stay informed about industry trends, maintain the knowledge base and SOP.
  • Oversee the management of daily benefits, organize large annual meetings, Christmas events, celebrations, and various offsite meetings.
  • Improve employee satisfaction and implement employee care initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to relevant departments, facilitate effective communication, and enhance the overall experience. 
  • Decision support/risk identification: be able to stay vigilant with and analyse the potential outcomes of various decisions and provide recommendations/ solutions on the best course of action to balance.

What We Look For In You

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with proven experience in event planning and organizing large-scale events.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Good communication , strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure
  • Meticulous, organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to multitask
  • Proactive and pleasant personality, great team work
  • Able to work diligently and independently under time constraints
