We’re looking for an Ad Campaign Manager to support the execution, optimization, and performance strategy across pharma campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their media career who wants hands-on experience in healthcare advertising and performance marketing.
As an Ad Campaign Manager, you will:
Support the onboarding and setup of new ad campaigns with pharmaceutical brands and healthcare advertisers, ensuring smooth and timely launches
Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including trafficking creative assets, adjusting budgets, implementing optimizations, and setting up A/B tests
Monitor campaign performance across digital platforms and deliver timely, insightful reports with actionable recommendations (including delivery, CTR, engagement, and patient action metrics)
Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to scope campaign opportunities, create proposals, and provide performance forecasts
Proactively optimize campaigns to hit performance benchmarks

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to align on technical implementation and ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and delivery against client goals
What you bring:
1-4 years of experience in digital media, campaign management, or paid advertising
Agency or in-house marketing experience preferred
Healthcare or pharma experience is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, DSPs, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and QA mindset
Comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets
Are curious about data and eager to learn optimization strategies
Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
Proactive communicator who asks questions and seeks clarity
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Bachelor's degree
