At Arctic Wolf, we’re on a mission to end cyber risk.

We are a global leader in security operations, helping organizations stay resilient against evolving cyber threats through industry-leading security operations, threat intelligence, and a people-first approach to cybersecurity.

More than 3,000 Pack members across the world work together every day to protect our customers and empower security teams with new levels of speed, accuracy, and intelligence at scale. What sets us apart is our relentless focus on our customers, innovation at scale, and a collaborative culture where talented people can do meaningful work that truly makes a difference.

We’re constantly looking for talented people to join the Pack and help us take our performance to the next level.

About the Position:

We're looking for an ambitious Account Executive to help us expand our footprint across the Central & Eastern Home Counties. To be successful in this role, you should be based within the territory and able to build strong relationships with customers and partners across the region.

Covering a high-potential territory that includes Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes, Hemel Hempstead, Luton, St Albans, Stevenage, Cambridge, Chelmsford, and the surrounding areas, you'll be responsible for building and growing relationships with businesses that are looking to strengthen their cybersecurity posture.

This is a true new-business role where you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on Arctic Wolf's continued growth. You'll partner closely with an experienced Senior Sales Engineer and work alongside our Channel, Customer Success, Field Marketing, and Sales Development teams to create opportunities, win new customers, and deliver exceptional buying experiences.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy opening new doors, and are motivated by the challenge of exceeding targets while helping organisations protect themselves from cyber threats, this is an opportunity to build something meaningful in one of our most strategic UK territories.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas through a structured, measurable sales process, managing complex Enterprise sales campaigns.
  • Identify and develop net-new Enterprise prospects within the assigned territory through discovery calls, partner engagement, events, registrations and personal prospecting.
  • Manage 15–25 active Enterprise opportunities per quarter while progressing longer-term strategic deals in parallel.
  • Own opportunity qualification, positioning and competitive differentiation, with clear focus on customer requirements, outcomes and value for Enterprise customers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline in collaboration with internal lead generation, partners and channel resources.
  • Act as the main relationship owner for prospects, driving momentum and serving as the central point of coordination throughout the sales process.
  • Lead regular territory and deal reviews, ensuring close alignment with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel, Inside Sales and Business Development teams.

Experience & Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of direct sales experience within a technology vendor or manufacturer environment, ideally in security, SaaS or infrastructure, with a strong focus on new business
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong command of a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC preferred).
  • Experience selling SaaS, security technology or services solutions.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical and business value topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C‑level.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills in cross‑functional sales environments.
  • Solid experience working with CRM and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Clari, Slack, Microsoft 365).
  • Established relationships within the security and infrastructure reseller and partner ecosystem.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Benefits

All wolves receive compelling compensation and benefits packages, including:

  • Equity for all employees
  • 28 days annual leave, 8 bank holidays, and paid volunteering days off
  • Pension plan employer match
  • Training and career development programs
  • Robust Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with mental health service
  • Comprehensive private benefits plan including medical insurance, virtual GP, optical and dental cashback, life insurance (4x basic salary) and group income protection.
