Amos is a design-build project that took aim at the engineering challenge of fitting tractor-quality power and capability onto a relatively small frame. For this initial build, our team focused on engineering Amos as an electric vehicle capable of the inter-seeding cover crop within corn fields, where the machinery needs to be small enough to navigate a 30-inch gap between the row of crops without damage. The result is an Autonomous, Modular, and Omi-Scalable power source.
