Smart Coffee Technology is developing technology to enable the production of single-serve pods containing freshly-roasted, whole-bean coffee from local roasters. These single-serve pods integrate with a precision brewing machine, which will grind the coffee just before brewing. This brewing machine will control important parameters such as grind size, water temperature & saturation.
