Aventas is developing Serenity, a software platform to help lawyers streamline legal document editing and generation. Think of it as an OS for lawyers. It has some serious brain power built-in to automate and speed up the mundane tasks that lawyers waste their valuable (read: EXPENSIVE) time on. Serenity consists of tools that are based on the way that lawyers work, rather than forcing them into unfamiliar workflows. It automates contract drafting, contract workflow, document analysis and synthesis, and M&A due diligence.
