
To drive One Model’s next phase of growth, we are looking for an energetic, commercially driven, and AI-literate leader to head up our sales team. Reporting to the CEO, the VP Sales will lead an existing team of account executives and solution engineers, while collaborating closely with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive new customer acquisition.
As a technical and highly motivated executive, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and managing the execution, operations, and performance of the team, having a huge impact on the future of One Model. This role is ideal for a leader early in their executive career who is eager to lead from the front, push the business forward, and contribute directly to our success in a high-growth environment.
This member of the leadership team will learn from existing team members while bringing their own unique technical insights and successes to enable rapid growth. Salary: $250K USD base salary + attractive variable compensation plan + substantial equity
