Job title
Technical Product Marketer
Job location
Tampa, FL
Job description

Why it's worth it:

GreyMatter wins when the market understands it. The Product Marketing team is responsible for ensuring that happens. As a Product Marketer, you will own a group of GreyMatter products and capabilities end to end — building the messaging and creating the assets that make GreyMatter undeniable in the market.

You will develop a deep understanding of the GreyMatter platform and use that knowledge to inform how we position and communicate it externally. The assets you create — videos, use case explainers, guides, ROI calculators, pitch decks, and more — will be the tools that help prospects, customers, and the broader market understand exactly the value of GreyMatter. You will work closely with product, customers and prospects, sales and customer success, GreyMatter operations, and executive leadership to translate that knowledge into market assets. You will support active deals, influence market research analysts and serve as a direct input into the product roadmap, bringing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights into product planning conversations.

The everyday hustle:

  • Message Creation: Crafting the core narrative for your product grouping, segmentation-based messaging, use case positioning, and industry-specific differentiation
  • Asset Creation: Producing the pitch decks, solution decks, ROI calculators, architecture builders, use case explainer videos, and other materials that help prospects, customers, and the market understand and evaluate GreyMatter
  • Product Launches & Releases: Developing launch strategy and tiering, orchestrating cross-functional readiness, and owning pricing and packaging rollout
  • Product Input: Influencing the product roadmap, contributing to design and flow updates, and feeding market and customer intelligence into product planning conversations
  • Webinars & Democasts: Developing use case content and delivering recorded and live sessions
  • Analyst Relations: Leading briefings and inquiries, driving research mentions and influence, circulating reports internally, and supporting pipeline and active deals
  • Demo Environment: Building and maintaining a library of golden use cases, implementing new features and use cases based on product releases and field feedback, and ensuring demo readiness across the team
  • Deal Support: Joining customer and prospect calls to deliver product overviews, competitive displacement narratives, and product roadmap presentations
  • Event Support: Speaking at sessions, running demo booths, providing competitive intel, and engaging customers and prospects at field events and conferences
  • Competitive Intelligence: Conducting win/loss analysis, producing battle cards, tracking new vendors and features, and giving intel back into the business

Do you have what it takes?

  • Power user of GreyMatter, or ability to become one quickly
  • Ability to learn new market products and security concepts quickly and apply that knowledge independently
  • Ability to take complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to any audience
  • High degree of ownership for what has been assigned to you
  • Creative approach to positioning, storytelling, and asset development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Understanding of how to leverage AI to create content where needed
  • Comfortable interviewing and collaborating with ReliaQuest executives, senior leaders, customers, and external stakeholders
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment — comfortable managing tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and rapid pivots driven by market trends, product releases, or business needs; you adapt quickly without losing quality or momentum

What makes you uncommon?

  • Existing cross-functional relationships across sales, sales engineering, GreyMatter operations, and customer success that can be leveraged immediately
