What you will be doing
- Perform day to day accounting processes and month end close entries and account reconciliations
- Perform accounting close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting of all monthly financial statements and supporting reports
- Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, reserves and account analysis
- Prepare schedules and supporting documentation related to external audit requirements, and interact with external auditors as required
- Process vendor invoices, verify coding and ensure timely approvals and monitor accounts payable balances
- Process customer invoices, apply cash and reconcile customer accounts and monitor accounts receivable balances
- Participate in special projects as requested
- Performs necessary functions to ensure compliance with SOX and Internal Controls over relevant processes
- Identify and implement process improvements and internal controls to increase efficiency and accuracy
You should have the following
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Netsuite, Oracle, Sage) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Ability to convey financial information clearly to executives, peers, and auditors
- 2-6 years of related accounting/finance work experience
US Salary Range
$73,500 - $103,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
