About The Role

Location: Remote — CA or NY-Based Preferred

As Senior Brand Designer at OneSkin, you will be a core architect of how our brand comes to life—visually, emotionally, and experientially—across every touchpoint. From packaging to campaigns, digital content to growth moments, you will shape a cohesive, distinctive, and scalable brand system that translates breakthrough longevity science into culturally resonant design.

This role sits at the intersection of brand vision, product storytelling, growth, and experience design. You will help define and evolve OneSkin’s visual language, ensuring our identity is as rigorous as our science and as compelling as our mission.

You’ll partner closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, Content, and Creative to design work that performs, inspires, and builds long-term brand equity. This is a highly influential role for a systems-minded designer who can think conceptually, execute beautifully, and scale design across a fast-growing, science-led brand.

What You'll Do

Brand Vision & Visual Systems

• Help evolve and steward OneSkin’s brand identity, visual language, and design principles across all touchpoints.
• Design and maintain scalable brand systems, guidelines, and toolkits that empower teams while protecting brand integrity.
• Partner with Brand Leadership to translate strategy and narrative into a cohesive visual expression.

Packaging & Product Experience

• Lead design for product packaging and physical brand expressions, from concept through execution.
• Ensure packaging clearly communicates product benefits, scientific credibility, and brand differentiation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, R&D, and Operations to bring new products to market beautifully and accurately.

Digital Ecosystem & Content Design

• Design for OneSkin’s digital ecosystem, including website, email, social, and content platforms.
• Shape modular, flexible design systems that support always-on storytelling and rapid iteration.
• Partner with Content and Social teams to ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand narratives and cultural moments.

Growth & Performance-Informed Design

• Support Growth and Performance Marketing with high-quality, on-brand creative that drives conversion without sacrificing brand equity.
• Bring a strong point of view on how brand and growth coexist—designing work that performs and endures.
• Iterate quickly based on insights while maintaining a consistent brand standard.

Campaigns & Brand Experiences

• Design integrated campaign systems that scale across channels and moments—from launches to cultural activations.
• Contribute to brand moments, partnerships, and experiential concepts that elevate OneSkin’s cultural presence.
• Ensure all creative work ladders back to a cohesive brand story and experience.

What You Bring

• 6-8 years of experience in brand design, visual identity, or multidisciplinary design roles.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, packaging, digital design, and campaign work. Preferably coming from DTC-first brands.
• Experience designing within beauty, wellness, fashion, or science-driven brands preferred.
• Deep understanding of how design functions across brand, growth, and product ecosystems.
• Exceptional attention to detail, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Fluency in modern design tools and workflows including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Asana
• Comfortable collaborating across fast-moving teams and partnering with cross-functional teammates
• Passion for longevity, skincare innovation, and building brands that meaningfully improve people’s lives.

Compensation Range: $115,000 - $140,000

Our total compensation package includes a competitive base salary, strong quarterly bonus potential, and equity/stock options designed to support long-term alignment and shared success.
