Software Engineer Internship (Summer 2027)
Workshop is looking for a Software Engineer Intern to help support and enhance the Workshop Software team for Summer 2027.
*This is a hybrid role based in our Omaha, Nebraska office.
As a Software Engineer Intern, you will:
- Work closely with our engineers and designers to build product features into our app.
- Have meaningful work that makes an impact on our customers and our business.
- Have the autonomy and support to ship code to production regularly and frequently.
- Be mentored to grow your depth of knowledge of software engineering practices including the latest AI-assisted development practices
- Have access to the latest AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and Codex
To be successful in this position you will need:
- Basic understanding of programming foundations and are interested in learning more about modern software development methodologies.
- To be ready to do big things and have the drive and passion to learn more.
- To be a curious person who can’t help but to nerd out on anything from the latest code frameworks
- An optimistic & ambitious mindset
