About this role:
This contract opening exists to drive the technical direction and architectural scalability of our core data integration and product expansion roadmaps. In this role, you will take hands-on technical ownership of our engineering pods, establishing robust governance, optimizing high-throughput ETL pipelines, and tuning database performance. You will be responsible for setting clear system contracts, eliminating single-point-of-failure risks, and maintaining high sprint predictability to ensure our engineering teams deliver reliably at scale.

About You:
8+ years of hands-on software development experience, with 2+ years leading engineering pods or acting as a Tech Lead.
Core Technical Stack (Mandatory): Advanced proficiency in Python, .NET, and C#.
Proven experience building and maintaining robust ETL pipelines and orchestrating workflows with Apache Airflow.
Strong expertise in MSSQL and PostgreSQL database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with core AWS technologies (e.g., S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS) to deploy scalable data architecture.
Experience conducting architectural reviews, breaking down complex epics, and mentoring engineers to elevate team output.
Strong ability to balance immediate roadmap delivery against long-term architectural stability, cost efficiency, and scalability.
