Job Summary

We’re hiring a Senior Staff Full-Stack Engineer to lead the design and evolution of SaaS products powered by data, machine learning, and AI. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, focusing on scalable frontend and backend systems, AI-powered product capabilities, and architecture spanning multiple teams and services. You will partner with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable customer experiences while influencing engineering standards and platform direction.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical design for multiple product areas within a multi-tenant SaaS platform

• Design and deliver full-stack features across frontend applications, backend services, APIs, and integrations

• Partner with Product, Design, and Data teams to integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into customer workflows

• Drive improvements in scalability, reliability, observability, and operational excellence across services

• Lead technical design reviews and architecture discussions across engineering teams

• Establish engineering standards related to frontend architecture, APIs, testing, monitoring, and software quality

• Mentor senior engineers and technical leads through technical guidance and design reviews

• Support platform modernization initiatives and complex production operations

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience building production applications

• Experience leading architecture and technical design across multiple teams or services

• Experience building full-stack SaaS applications using modern frontend and backend technologies

• Experience integrating AI, machine learning, or data-driven capabilities into production systems

• Experience designing and operating distributed systems in cloud environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend application architectures

• Experience building APIs and backend services using Node.js, Java, Go, Rust, or similar technologies

• Experience with Python and data-related tooling (e.g., pandas, PyTorch)

• Experience working with relational databases, caching technologies, and distributed data systems

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Experience leading platform modernization or architecture initiatives

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) in development workflows
