HawkEye 360 is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join the Solutions team. The Solutions team is responsible for developing and executing a high-impact technical solution for major programs around the globe. This role will be focused on major programs in Europe.  The role includes actively engaging with the client and end users to understand their needs, providing hands on training to end users on how to use the data and integrate into their workflows, leading integration efforts with 3^rd party tools and services, and working with internal HE360 teams (engineering/product/solutions) to better align our offerings to customer needs. This position requires a high level of initiative, ability to learn new technologies quickly, and excellent customer service and communication skills.

Location & Travel: Our offices are based in Herndon, Virginia. This role requires residency in Europe and eventual on-prem work at our Luxembourg office. 

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Serve as the technical point of contact for various programs within Europe.
• Design and own the solution, quickly and effectively run point on any technical issues that arise, and pivot where necessary to increase mission value.
• Conduct multi-day, technical in-person and virtual training sessions with customers to ensure a deep understanding of HawkEye 360 products and technology.
• HawkEye 360’s “technical front-end” – Conduct Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and collaboratively explore use cases with the end users.
• Design and implement technical integrations of data to include data flow from AWS services to on-premises storage and 3^rd party platforms.
• Champion end user requirements internally to HE360 stakeholders to include systems engineering and product teams.
• Continue to learn and drive rapid innovations to support business growth.
• Reinforce by example the company’s commitment to its values.

Desirable:

• Understanding of radio frequency (RF) technologies, digital signal processing, signal analysis and applications.
• Technical experience working with and exploiting radar and/or communication signals.
• Hands-on experience with technical integration – use of AWS, APIs, open source technologies, etc.
