### Role Overview
We're looking for Senior Platform Engineers to design and build our core multi-cloud abstractions. You'll work directly on production infrastructure control planes while partnering with customers to help launch and scale their managed service offerings.
### Key Responsibilities
* Architect and build scalable infrastructure automation and multi-cloud orchestration control planes
* Automate full service lifecycles—provisioning, scaling, self-healing, and maintenance—across major cloud providers
* Work closely with technical leads at enterprise customers to understand their requirements and engineer custom infrastructure solutions
### Required Skills & Experience
* 6+ years of hands-on experience in backend engineering, platform engineering, or distributed systems
* Production experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Helm), infrastructure automation, and robust CI/CD pipelines
* Strong communication skills and experience working directly with customers on B2B products
* Strong coding proficiency in Go (or equivalent systems languages) for building internal tools and platform services
* Strong fundamentals in distributed systems design, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures
* Pragmatic problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and communicates clearly with both team members and customers
* Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field preferred
### Desired Qualifications
* Strong background in cloud infrastructure engineering and architecture
* Hands-on experience with cloud security architecture, IAM, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks
* Deep knowledge of Kubernetes internals, operator patterns, and container orchestration at scale
### Interview Process
1. **Phone Screen:** An informal conversation to introduce the role, discuss your past projects, and answer questions to ensure a mutual fit. May include a brief live coding exercise.
2. **Technical Interviews:** An open-ended system design discussion along with an additional hands-on programming session.
3. **Background & Culture Interview:** A deep dive into your background, accomplishments, and working style to discuss how you handle real-world engineering scenarios.
