Locus Robotics is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support the development of our autonomous mobile robots and related accessories.
This role sits within the Hardware R&D group and focuses on design, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to bring scalable, cost-effective hardware solutions to production.
Onsite position is located at our Wilmington, MA headquarters, requiring five (5) days per week onsite. Only local candidates will be considered.

The expected base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $170,000 annually, based on external market data, plus bonus and equity. Actual offers will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience, education, training, key or critical skills, geographic location, and current market and business conditions
