Lead the end-to-end design process across multiple product categories.

Independently own complex projects, from ideation through to production.

Provide creative strategy and present concepts to internal stakeholders and licensing partners.

Mentor and oversee junior designers; provide feedback and guidance on best practices.

Manage CAD sketches, construction details, tech packs, sourcing sheets, and BOMs.

Ensure all tech packs and design files are accurate and production-ready.

Guide fittings, review PP samples, and provide thoughtful feedback to tech/production.

Maintain and organize sample racks, design files, and approval trackers in PLM.

Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, licensing, PD, and sales.

Photo/tag the line and prepare product shipments for buyers and licensors.

Create compelling trend and market analysis reports to support sales presentations.

Oversee market sample prep, fabric and trim boards, and showroom setup.

Provide clear construction direction to patternmakers and sewers.
