**About the Role**
We’re hiring a Go-To-Market / Revenue Operations Analyst to help drive data-informed decision-making across Sales and Customer Success. You’ll be instrumental in improving our GTM efficiency, forecasting growth, and building the operational foundation of our revenue engine.
**What You’ll Do**
* Partner with GTM leaders to analyze performance across the sales and customer funnel
* Build dashboards, models, and reports to track KPIs (pipeline, conversion, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.)
* Support sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting
* Drive operational improvements through tooling, automation, and process design
* Own and manage GTM systems (CRM, lead routing, attribution, etc.)
* Identify revenue insights and trends to influence strategic decisions
* Help define metrics, reporting cadence, and executive-level updates
**What We’re Looking For**
* 5+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Strategy, BizOps, or similar roles in B2B SaaS
* Strong analytical skills; Excel/Sheets expert with working knowledge of SQL and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
* Deep understanding of sales and marketing funnels, and how to measure and optimize them
* Experience working with or managing CRM systems
* Strong communicator who can translate data into action
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
