We’re hiring Respiratory Therapists (CRT or RRT) and Pulmonary Function Technologists (CPFT or RPFT) to perform simple spirometry testing (pre/post albuterol) at primary care clinics in Richmond and Norfolk, Virginia.

What You’ll Do
- Visit local primary care clinics to perform pre- and post-bronchodilator spirometry testing
- Educate and coach patients to ensure accurate, high-quality results
- Safely administer albuterol when indicated and monitor patients throughout testing
- Grade and upload completed testing for pulmonologist review
- Maintain testing equipment and follow quality and safety standards
- Build trusted relationships with patients and clinic teams while representing Crosswalk Health with professionalism and compassion

Qualifications
- Current CRT, RRT, CPFT, or RPFT credential
- Experience performing bedside spirometry or pulmonary function testing
- Knowledge of respiratory therapy practices and safe albuterol administration
- Comfortable commuting to clinics throughout a region
- Available to work a flexible schedule
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
