Since Dover launched the recruiting marketplace in mid-2024, it has grown to support over 200 of the strongest early-stage tech companies in the world. ## About the role As a Recruiting Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of recruiting by being a trusted advisor for early-stage startups. You will operate on Dover's Fractional Recruiting Marketplace, focusing on strategy and relationship-building while working with other Recruiting Partners and Associate Recruiters to fulfill the needs of your customers. You'll also have the opportunity to build out your team and manage Associate Recruiters. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions that align with your customers' business goals. Recruiting Partners have the option to use Dover's free suite of tools, bring their own, or work within a company’s existing setup. This flexibility is a major advantage for both recruiters and companies, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience. Recruiting Partners start as independent contractors and have the option to join full-time. ## What you'll do * Collaborate with your customers to identify their recruiting needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. * Partner with other Recruiting Partners and Associate Recruiters. * Onboard new customers and set them up for success by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored recruiting solutions. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business and hiring objectives. * Guide your customers through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. * Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to your customers. ## What we're seeking * 8+ years of recruiting experience. * Experience as a Head of Talent or a solo recruiter at a company.
