Job title
Project Manager, GTM Programs
Job location
Seattle, Washington
Job description

Spur Reply, part of the Reply Network, is a leader in go-to-market consulting. Our mission is to turn every interaction our clients have into a go-to-market advantage. We act as an extension of our client teams, providing the support, tools, and strategies to achieve important outcomes. If you tackle challenges with unmatched persistence and believe learning is critical to ongoing growth, we want you on our team.

As a Project Manager, GTM Programs in a temporary role, you will support a go-to-market leadership team that is running several cross-functional initiatives at once, including seller enablement content, AI-assisted sales workflows, customer investment programs, and technical demo and workshop motions. You will partner with initiative leads to manage workstreams, design scalable processes, build executive-ready frameworks and communications, and set up the reporting that shows whether programs are working.

This temporary position requires prior experience working in, or consulting for a large, matrixed technology organization.

Responsibilities
• Partner with initiative leads to manage day-to-day execution of multiple go-to-market workstreams, including facilitating meetings, tracking milestones and dependencies, and documenting risks, decisions, and action items
• Drive alignment and accountability across a broad set of stakeholders, including solution, sales, marketing, engineering, enablement, and operations teams, and make sure owners follow through on the actions they commit to
• Synthesize input from working sessions, seller roundtables, and stakeholder feedback into clear themes, recommendations, and prioritized next steps
• Develop executive-ready frameworks, vision decks, and communications that clearly set out program goals, future-state processes, and ownership
• Design and operationalize processes, governance models, workflows, and templates that connect fragmented programs, tools, and teams into a single end-to-end experience
• Help define standards and guardrails for AI-assisted seller workflows, including approved knowledge sources and rules for how content can be used, adapted, or customized
• Support the build-out of customer engagement motions such as product demos and hands-on technical workshops, including content readiness, environment provisioning, and access governance
• Define program metrics and standard reporting to measure adoption and impact, diagnose gaps (such as low awareness versus low usability), and flag issues to leadership
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or economics, or equivalent degree
• 5 years of professional experience required (consulting, program management, or go-to-market/sales operations experience a plus)
• Preference for client-facing professional services experience
• Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous, multi-stakeholder discussions into structured plans, process designs, and executive-ready materials
• Advanced experience with productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and AI assistants such as Copilot
• Power BI, HubSpot, QuickBase, SharePoint, OneNote experience is a plus
• Good business acumen and awareness of go-to-market and technology trends, including AI and automation
