Job description

Clara is the leading platform in Latin America for companies to execute and manage every payment operation. More than 50,000 leading and fast-growing businesses run on our corporate cards, bill pay, financing and B2B payments, and in 2025 the Financial Times named Clara the region’s fastest-growing company. We’re passionate about helping every company we work with become more effective—and, through that, raising the region’s competitiveness. We’re ~400 people, backed by Notable Capital, Coatue, Kaszek, monashees, DST Global, ICONIQ, General Catalyst and Goldman Sachs, among others.

Product Marketing Specialist, Brasil

Ready to accelerate your career?

Clara is the fastest-growing company in Latin America. We've built the leading solution for companies to make and manage all their payments. We already help over 20,000 large and growing businesses operate with agility and financial clarity through locally issued corporate cards, bill pay, financing, and a powerful B2B platform built for scale.

Clara is backed by some of the most successful investors in the world, including top regional VCs like monashees, Kaszek, and Canary, and leading global funds like Notable Capital, Coatue, DST Global Partners, ICONIQ Growth, General Catalyst, Citi Ventures, SV Angel, Citius, Endeavor Catalyst, and Goldman Sachs, in addition to dozens of angel investors and local family offices.

We're building the financial infrastructure that powers high-performing organizations across the region. Join us if you want a fast-paced environment that will accelerate your career, alongside a passionate and committed team distributed across the Americas.

What you'll do

You'll own product marketing execution for Brazil: messaging, launches, sales enablement, and content that turns product capability into a story the Brazilian market believes. You'll work closely with the Head of Product Marketing & GTM, LatAm, and use AI to produce at a pace a small team shouldn't be able to match.

Your responsibilities

  • Localize and adapt global positioning and messaging for Brazil, accounting for local market dynamics, competitors, and buyer language, not just translation.
  • Execute go-to-market for product launches and features in Brazil: enablement materials, customer communications, and launch content.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement assets: battlecards, FAQs, objection handling, and competitive comparisons for the Brazilian sales team.
  • Use AI Building processes daily to accelerate production: drafting content, generating messaging variants, researching competitors, and turning briefs into usable assets quickly.
  • Track and report on the metrics that show whether messaging and launches are working: activation, win rates, sales feedback, and content performance.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing and Sales in Brazil to keep narrative and campaigns aligned with what's actually happening in the market.
  • Monitor Brazilian fintech competitors and feed intelligence back into positioning and enablement.

Must haves

  • 2-4 years in product marketing, growth marketing, or a closely related function.
  • Strong storyteller: writing samples or work you can point to that turned a product fact into a clear, persuasive narrative.
  • Analytical: comfortable working with data to judge whether messaging or a launch actually worked.
  • Active, daily use of AI Building tools as part of your real workflow.
  • Native or fluent Portuguese, strong written and spoken English.
  • Based in Brasil, with a working understanding of the Brazilian B2B buyer and competitive landscape.
  • Organized and able to execute independently once direction is set.

Nice to haves

  • Fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS experience.
  • Startup experience, where you've had to move fast with limited resources.
  • Experience building AI-assisted research, content, or enablement workflows.
  • Experience working with global or distributed marketing teams.

Why Clara

  • A high talent-density team driven to make an impact in Latin America — low ego, high ownership.
  • Competitive salary and stock options (ESOP) from day one.
  • An annual learning budget and accelerated development paths.
  • English is our working language, with Spanish and Portuguese every day.

How we work

  • Clarity — Open and direct communication: we say what we mean and give context where it matters.
  • Simplicity — If it can be simpler, it should be.
  • Ownership — We own everything we do, end to end. When something needs to happen, we don't wait.
  • Pride — We hold ourselves to a high standard, and it shows in what we deliver.
  • ABC (Always Be Changing) — We adapt fast, embrace change, and keep learning.
  • Inclusivity — Diverse ideas, stories and perspectives build a better Clara.

If you meet the must-haves, apply — the nice-to-haves are a bonus, not a requirement.
