Product Management (GTO, Fixed Income)

Broadridge Financial Solutions is hiring a Director, Product Management within our GTO Fixed Income Capital Markets team in Newark, NJ. In this role, you will support the product lifecycle for fixed income solutions, from strategic planning and market assessment through release management and go-to-market execution. You will contribute to shaping the product roadmap, driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and aligning business and technology priorities to deliver impactful market solutions.

This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely and meet in person to learn, collaborate, and support business needs as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product lifecycle, including strategic planning, roadmap development, requirements definition, release coordination, and tactical execution across the US Fixed Income business.
  • Balance short- and long-term product priorities, including technology initiatives that support scale, innovation, and platform security.
  • Gather and define user, client, and market requirements through market research and ongoing engagement with customers and non-customers to identify new opportunities and product enhancements.
  • Develop recommendations for product extensions, new products, retirements, and buy/build/partner decisions using business measures such as revenue, profit, and market potential.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans in partnership with cross-functional teams, while communicating product value propositions and supporting sales enablement efforts.
  • Partner closely with development, business analyst, implementation, service, and quality assurance teams to document requirements, prioritize enhancements, coordinate releases, and support ongoing product maintenance.
  • Monitor product performance, regulatory changes, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes, while contributing to business plans and projections for new products, services, and offerings.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of total professional experience, including 3+ years in product management.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fixed income and/or capital markets.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technology management; fixed income and technology experience may be concurrent.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, manage integrated product concepts, resolve detailed product issues, and drive measurable business results.
