We’re seeking a Product Designer with a passion for crafting high-impact AI interfaces and a knack for fast-paced prototyping. If you love bringing concepts to life in Figma, iterating rapidly, and pushing the boundaries of design, this role is for you.
As our Product Designer, you’ll create and refine user-centric designs that make complex data labeling and AI-driven features feel simple and engaging. You’ll have a significant hand in shaping our platform’s look, feel, and overall user experience—whether it’s building intuitive workflows, adding delightful micro-interactions, or conceptualizing brand-new features. We’re looking for someone who has strong design opinions and can move from idea to prototype at lightning speed.
About the role
AI-Focused UI/UX: Design intuitive, LLM-driven interfaces that enhance user workflows for data labeling and dataset creation.Rapid Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes in Figma that effectively communicate user flows, complex interactions, and design concepts.User-Centered Research: Conduct user research, synthesize findings, and iterate on designs based on real-world feedback from data annotators, product managers, and customers.Collaborative Design Process: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure the final design aligns with business goals, technical constraints, and end-user needs.Design System & Guidelines: Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and interaction patterns that keep user experiences cohesive and consistent.High-Velocity Iteration: Rapidly test ideas, gather feedback, and iterate—balancing speed and creativity to stay ahead in a dynamic startup environment.
What we're looking for
Figma Expert: You have a track record of building pixel-perfect, interactive prototypes with speed and efficiency.Strong Design Opinions: You know how to defend your design choices while remaining receptive to feedback.AI/ML Curiosity: Experience (or keen interest) in designing for AI-powered systems, especially interfaces that utilize LLMs.Holistic Thinker: You can visualize the user journey from end to end and spot opportunities to elevate the experience.Collaboration & Communication: You thrive in cross-functional teams, articulating design rationale clearly to various stakeholders.Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly in response to feedback, changing requirements, and emerging AI trends.
