Job Summary

We are looking for a new Process Engineer employee to be based in Lodz

Summary:

This new employee will be in charge for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to hold up a manufacturing organization.


What a typical day looks like:

  • Develop, implement and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Support production lines in solving process and technical issues.
  • Analyze production problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions and technical standards.
  • Support introduction of new products, processes and equipment into production.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on quality, productivity, efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Define process requirements and support implementation or modification of production equipment and tooling.
  • Support implementation, operation and continuous improvement of collaborative robot (cobot) applications in production processes.
  • Support implementation and operation of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs/AGVs) and other automated material transport solutions.
  • Troubleshoot robotic and automated transport applications in cooperation with Automation, Maintenance, Production and external suppliers.
  • Cooperate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Automation and other engineering functions.
  • Analyze process data and production performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support technical and automation projects from concept through implementation.

 

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Technical degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, production engineering, automation or mechatronics.
  • Engineering mindset and some relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Practical approach to problem solving and willingness to work directly with production processes and equipment.
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, propose practical solutions and also to organize own work and manage several technical topics simultaneously.
  • Good computer skills and ability to work with technical documentation and production data.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the Process Engineering area.
  • Fluent Polish and at least intermediate English language knowledge that allows communication in an international working environment.
  • Eligibility to work in Poland.
