We are on the path to $100M in ARR with 20%+ monthly growth, powering thousands of searches every day and making Juicebox one of the fastest-growing AI SaaS companies in the world.

Juicebox has raised over $116M in funding from lead investors including Sequoia Capital, DST Global, and NFDG. Read more about our $80M Series B here. Additional investors in Juicebox include Y Combinator, Coatue, Bond, Lux, Verified Capital, and Committed Capital.

You'll be responsible for the full employee experience, spanning onboarding, benefits, performance management, culture, and employment compliance across the US and UK, reporting into the Company’s General Counsel.

As our first dedicated People hire, you'll have the opportunity to build foundational processes and systems from the ground up. From implementing performance reviews and feedback cycles to developing employee policies and ensuring compliance as we grow, you'll help create the infrastructure that supports our team at every stage.

You'll work closely with leadership and have significant ownership over how we attract, develop, and retain talent. This is a highly hands-on, generalist role where speed matters, good judgment is essential, and you'll have the autonomy to make things happen.

You Will…

  • Own day-to-day People Operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee support, and offboarding

  • Build and improve performance management processes, including feedback cycles, annual reviews, promotions, and employee development

  • Implement and manage People systems and tools to streamline employee workflows and processes

  • Own employee policies and documentation, ensuring offer letters, handbooks, leave policies, and office policies stay accurate and up to date

  • Manage employment compliance across the US and UK, staying ahead of changes to labor laws and regulatory requirements

  • Partner with leadership to strengthen culture, employee engagement, and the overall employee experience

  • Build scalable People processes and infrastructure to support a rapidly growing team

  • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline People workflows and improve operational efficiency

You Have…

  • 4–7 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a related generalist role

  • Hands-on experience across core HR functions, including benefits, onboarding, employment compliance, and performance management

  • Strong understanding of US employment laws, UK employment law (or ability to ramp quickly), and HR compliance, including leave policies, employee classification, and regulatory requirements

  • Experience building or managing performance programs, including feedback cycles, promotions, and annual reviews

  • Highly autonomous, scrappy, and comfortable building processes from scratch in a fast-moving environment

  • Exceptional judgment and discretion, with the ability to handle highly sensitive employee and business information with strict confidentiality

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with employees and leadership

  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution

Perks & Benefits for all Full Time Employees

  • Top-of-market compensation with meaningful equity, because everyone should share in our success.

  • Daily meals provided: breakfast catering, lunch order via DoorDash corporate, and for those who like to work late, dinner if staying after 7pm

For US Employees:
