Office Manager & Executive Assistant to Co-Founder

Location: New York, NY (In-office, 5 days a week)

We’re looking for an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to our Co-Founder to help create a workplace that runs smoothly and feels great to be in.

This role sits at the center of the company—supporting leadership while shaping the day-to-day office experience for the entire team. It’s a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys being helpful, building systems, and making things better for others.

What You’ll Do

Executive Support

• Support leadership with scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day logistics 
• Help keep priorities organized and things moving forward across email and calendar
• High degree of responsiveness including ad-hoc requests that may arise after hours
• Assist with travel planning and occasional ad hoc requests

Office & Facilities

• Keep the office running smoothly day-to-day—stocked, organized, and welcoming
• Coordinate with building management and vendors as needed
• Help manage shared spaces, conference rooms, and overall office flow

Operations Support

• Support light accounting and vendor coordination in addition to onboarding
• Help maintain simple, scalable systems as the company grows

Events & Culture

• Plan and support team events, happy hours, and company gatherings
• Help create a warm, fun, and inclusive office environment
• Bring creative ideas to enhance the employee experience

Travel & Logistics

• Support employee and candidate travel coordination
• Help with occasional group travel and offsite planning

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Business/Operations role
• Startup or high-growth company experience strongly preferred

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools like Ramp, Google Workspace, Slack
• Interest in events, office design, or workplace experience
