  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions in support of executive priorities

  • Analytical mindset with experience evaluating operational processes and identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Skills and Experience

What You'll Do

  • Manage the CRO's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and strategic priorities, exercising independent judgment in determining the most effective allocation of executive time and attention

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through on key initiatives

  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and alignment

  • Own day-to-day office operations and continuously evaluate processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience within the Austin office

  • Analyze operational and budget-related data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improved organizational effectiveness

  • Support annual planning and budgeting processes through data collection, analysis, reporting, and preparation of executive-level materials

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including evaluating proposals, negotiating terms, and recommending vendor selection decisions

  • Assist with expense management, budget tracking, and operational reporting
