Our client is seeking an experienced Band 7 Lead Occupational Therapist to join their Neurorehabilitation Service in York. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role within a specialist service, supporting patients with complex neurological conditions and driving high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the occupational therapy team within the neurorehabilitation service.
  • Provide advanced clinical expertise for patients with neurological conditions.
  • Oversee service delivery, ensuring best practice and high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Support staff development through supervision, training, and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Significant experience in neurorehabilitation and complex neurological conditions.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work full-time or near full-time hours.
