  • Drive fan database growth through lead-capture programs such as contests, sweepstakes, in-venue sign-ups, and partner integrations.
  • Support the VP in the planning, building, and management of paid media across social and search, including targeting, creative testing, and pacing as needed.

Fan Data & Analytics

  • Use CRM and ticketing data to segment audiences, identify buyer behavior, and build targeted digital campaigns for new fans, lapsed buyers, and members.
  • Track and report on campaign performance to deliver post-campaign recaps to team leadership with clear recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay current on emerging digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Brand, Content & Market Voice

  • Produce engaging written and visual content for email, web and digital campaigns.
  • Brief and collaborate with creative agencies, content, and social teams (internal, league, and agency) on campaign assets and deadlines as needed.
  • Ensure all marketing reflects LOVB brand standards while speaking authentically to the Miami market.

Cross-Functional & Match Day Support

  • Partner within the organization to align in-venue marketing, promotions, giveaways, and sponsor activations based on campaign goals.
  • Support match day marketing execution, including fan data capture, promotional activations, and on-site campaign elements.
  • Support the planning and promotion of events such as brand announcements and community activations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing alignment and operational readiness for all matches and events.
  • Build and document marketing processes for content requests, approvals, and asset management across the organization
