The Manager of National Health Systems is a senior commercial role focused on building, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships with large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), large health systems, and regional alliances. In this role, you will develop and execute Ceribell’s growth strategy. You will elevate Ceribell from a clinical solution to an enterprise platform across Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and regional alliances. In this role, you will drive our mission to establish the Ceribell System as the standard of care for EEG in the acute care setting—empowering clinicians to make rapid, life-saving decisions. 

What You’ll Achieve:

Strategic Enterprise Leadership

  • Implement an enterprise-wide strategy. Build and leverage executive relationships in a dual "top-down / bottom-up" strategy aligning C-suite executives with hospital-level stakeholders.
  • Lead enterprise-level negotiations and secure system-wide agreements. Manage Master Agreement structures. 
  • Collaborating closely with our Account Acquisition and Account Management sales teams to align on strategy, accelerate deal velocity, and scale flagship account successes.
  • Drive EMR protocol, and clinical workflow integration to build long-term operational retention.
  • Manage onboarding requirements to streamline IT/security, legal, and committee approvals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers in prospective and existing accounts. 
  • Represent Ceribell strategically and relative to the competition, by staying current on competition and industry trends. 
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) at the market level to report on clinical, operational, and financial metrics.

Health Economics 

  • Develop and execute a revenue strategy in targeted accounts with a team of internal stakeholders. 
  • Quantify economic and clinical impact by building tailored Health Economic (HEC) story

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of medical commercial sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on IDN / health system enterprise sales. 
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing large, complex health system agreements.
  • Deep understanding of hospital decision-making processes, with a demonstrated ability to align corporate, market, and hospital-level stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage at the C-suite level and build relationships that survive contract cycles.
  • Experience in neurology, critical care, emergency medicine, or medtech capital sales strongly preferred.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with a heavy emphasis on interpreting health economic data and EMR integration strategies.
  • Must reside within the US and be willing to travel 50%+.
Compensation Range
$185,000—$325,000 USD

A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
