  • Own the monthly consolidation process, including performing intercompany reconciliations and elimination transactions between the parent and subsidiaries, review of subsidiary TBs, and ensuring proper translation to the consolidated reporting format
  • Manage several key accounting processes, including:
  • Assisting with all accounts payable, expense reimbursement, and T&E-related topics
  • Inventory accounting - Interfacing daily with the ops team to monitor buying and receiving activities, ensuring accurate costing data and seamless integration of operations transactions into the GL
  • Management of the monthly ASC 842, equity, and debt processes
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations and other close tasks to ensure accuracy
  • Must Haves:
  • 5+ years of experience, with at least part of that time spent in Big 4, at a public company in an SEC reporting role, or similar
  • CPA license
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP
  • Proven ability to lead the audit process and compile annual financials
  • Ability to research and provide technical accounting guidance for complex transactions and financial reporting issues, and explain them in simple, easy-to-understand terms
  • Willingness to research, test, deploy, and manage modern technology solutions to drive efficiency and automation across the function
  • Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with multinational corporations, foreign currency, and intercompany accounting
  • Experience implementing automation tools in accounting-specific contexts
  • Experience in a public company and/or SOX-compliant environment
  • Accounting for inventory, cost accounting, or manufacturing experience
  • Skilled in utilizing ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
