  • Foster Academic Success: Support therapists in helping students improve attendance, grades, and behavior
  • Build Strong Therapeutic Relationships: Guide therapists in creating meaningful connections — 90% of students report feeling matched with the right clinician
  • Support Families: Help therapists offer guidance and resources to families, with 92% reporting positive behavioral changes at home

Your Role as a Supervising Clinician (LMHC)

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists (LMHCAs), ensuring high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy
  • Monitor and ensure supervisees adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards
  • Collaborate indirectly with school counselors, teachers, and families through your supervisees to support a holistic care team
  • Use Daybreak's tools to help supervisees track progress and adjust treatment plans for the best possible outcomes
  • Maintain accurate, timely supervisory documentation in our secure EHR system
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current in youth mental health care
